28. Existing Forces for Good

The change described in the last post is building on a strong platform for reform in Barking and Dagenham. They include:

• The Faith Forum
• The Citizens Alliance Network
• Council policy to make better use of community assets
• Every One Every Day.

All of this change is taking place in the context of Borough wide transformation. Barking and Dagenham today is different that it was in 2016, and it will be different again in 2026. More people. Richer? More diverse?
