9. How to set up a network

We are beginning to test out ways of encouraging people set up networks by themselves. The following slides capture our first take on the essential elements of a network. We are sharing them with people interested in getting involved, observing what happens, and then adapting the content accordingly. If we get to something that appears to work, we will work with network leaders to think about how the content could be packaged to be more appealing.
